By using the Manufactured Homes of Alabama (“MHA”) website, you agree to these terms. The website provides information about manufactured homes, published pricing, and planning tools for projects in Alabama.

Published prices cover the manufactured home and the listed Base Package features. Land, site preparation, utilities, foundations, permits, and other property-specific improvements are not included and are quoted separately. Setup and installation services are performed by independent third-party providers, not MHA. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote.

Calculator results and any preliminary figures on this site are estimates for planning purposes only. They are not an offer of financing, a guarantee of zoning or installation approval, or a final project cost.

Submitting a form or questionnaire does not create a purchase obligation for you or for MHA. Property eligibility depends on applicable local requirements, which MHA verifies separately before any order.

Text messaging terms (SMS)

Manufactured Homes of Alabama LLC offers two optional text-message programs, which you can join separately by checking the matching box on our forms: informational messages about your inquiry (such as follow-ups, appointment details, and order updates), and promotional/marketing messages (such as new models, pricing updates, and special offers). Submitting a form without checking a box does not enroll you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts from that program.
